What we collect

• Analytics data — if you accept cookies, Google Analytics 4 records anonymised usage (pages viewed, device, approximate region) to help us improve the site. Nothing is collected until you accept.
• Exposure assessment requests — the corporate domain you enter and your work email, so we can scope and reply to your request. We never ask for passwords, cookies or tokens.
• Newsletter — your email address, only if you subscribe.

Cookies

We use two kinds of cookies:

• Functional (always on): ash_lang remembers your language and ash_consent remembers your cookie choice. These do not track you.
• Analytics (optional): set by Google Analytics only after you click Accept. You can decline, and analytics cookies are never set.

Analytics runs with Google Consent Mode: storage is denied by default until you consent.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We use a small number of processors to run the service: Google Analytics (usage analytics) and Cloudflare(content delivery and security). Assessment and newsletter details are handled by us and our email provider solely to respond to you.

Your rights

Under the LGPD (Brazil) and the GDPR (EU/UK) you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent at any time. To withdraw analytics consent, decline in the cookie banner or clear the ash_consent cookie. To exercise any right, email [email protected].

Retention

We keep assessment and contact details only as long as needed to answer you and meet legal obligations, then delete them. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics defaults.
